INGREDIENTS
1 pint ice cream, softened (not low-fat)
1 1/2 cup self-rising flour
DIRECTIONS
Stir ingredients together just until flour is moistened. Spoon batter into a greased 8×4 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on a wire rack.
