8 oz. crushed pineapple in juice, drained
1 c. biscuit mix
1 c. milk
4 eggs, lightly beaten
6 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. onion powder
Pinch of ground nutmeg
4 oz. cooked ham, diced
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack or sharp cheddar cheese

Mix biscuit mix, milk, eggs, margarine, mustard, onion powder and nutmeg at low speed until smooth. Fold in ham, cheese and pineapple. Pour into 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set.
