and exhale slowly. Take a few deep breathes, before you say anything that will offend others. Lashing out at others and those we love, may feel safe and/or easy. At times, venting can even be healthy, but some things can not be taken back. Wait until you’re calm and can think more clearly before approaching any controversial subject. BREATHE… just breathe… its much healthier for you and the situation in which you find yourself.
