1 c white sugar
1/2 c brown sugar
1/3 c cooking oil
1 egg
1 tsp salt
1 c milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c diced rhubarb
2 1/2 c flour
1/3 c nuts

Mix in order given. Bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
