Ingredients
* 2 cups corn flake crumbs
* ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 2 tablespoons paprika
* ¼ cup dried parsley flakes
* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
* 2 teaspoons salt
* 1/8 teaspoon pepper
* 4 to 6 skinned and boneless skinned chicken breast halves
* ¼ pound butter or margarine, melted

Preparation

Mix dry ingredients in a shallow dish. Melt butter. Dip chicken in butter; dredge in crumb mixture. Place on lightly greased 15- x 10-inch jellyroll pan.

Bake at 350° uncovered for 30 to 60 minutes… until done.
