I lg. egg
1 c. salad oil
1 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3 ½ c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tarter
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. coconut
1 c. crispy rice cereal
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients well. Roll into balls. Dip bottom of a glass in sugar and flatten balls. Bake 8-10 minutes in 350 degree oven.
